SHIPPING METHOD

2) Local Pick UP
3) Local Delivery VIA Coldshot delivery service. (Usually take up to 2 days)
4) FREE SHIPPING IF ORDER IS OVER $350.00
SHIPPING PROCEDURE FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If orders have been damaged during transit process, ENV Collectible has authorized for a replacement of the damaged product, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges to send the product back to ENV Collectible and sending it back to the customer after replacing. If product become unavailble then we will give customer a store credit. .
PICK UP POLICY
Customer MUST receive a "ready for pick up" email from us before coming into either store. Typically, it will take about 1 business days to get your order ready.
Customer MUST Bring their valid ID to verify their order. If you are asking someone to pick it up, please let the store know ahead of time. Otherwise, we won't be able to release it to the person that is picking up for you.
